We are excited to offer shipping to all states and UT of India. We are currently offering Free shipping to all over India.
As the recipient, Cash on Delivery Fee extra will be payable by you in case COD chosen in payment mode.
Shipping and Handling Times
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as personalized orders, or pre-order items may take extra time.
We are continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we will notify you of this delay immediately.
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with an Airway Bill Number. We currently ship via 4 couriers right now.
You can pay Cash on Delivery (Extra Charge applicable) or PayTM payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. GST is included.
We are offering return only on following cases:
1. Wrong order sent.
2. Damaged product received.
3. Major Colour Issues.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package.
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, taxes, and fees.
Return Shipment Process
We are sorry, but now, we do not offer free return shipping for orders. To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice and ship the item directly to us. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes are not refundable. Please address all returns to:
